Cancellation & Refund Policy

Early Cancellation
Cancellations made 14+ days before scheduled service are eligible for full refund of deposit or free rescheduling.

Standard Cancellation
Cancellations 7-13 days before service may receive partial refund or rescheduling with administrative fee.

Late Cancellation
Cancellations less than 7 days before service or no-shows are generally non-refundable but evaluated case-by-case.
